Our Philosophy:

To develop each and every player while focusing on fundamental skills. We demand that our coaching staff teach through positive reinforcement, stress the importance of teamwork and act as role models on and off the ice. Each player will get fair but not necessarily equal ice time.

Each of our head coaches has exceptional credentials with experience both playing and teaching the game.

The Ohio Flames coaching staff meets regularly to share ideas to enhance knowledge for the purpose of providing our players with the best coaching experience we can offer.
