Ohio's Premier AAA Girls Hockey Club
Ice Fees
Our part-time but Nationally-bound teams have fee structures with minimal cash outlay. This permits parents to keep their players participating in local games with their youth organizations, minimizing travel and time commitment while augmenting their play time with high-level playing opportunities in an all-girls environment. We encourage girls to play “boys” hockey through Bantam as a way to develop their skills and defray high costs.
U10 and U12 Tournament Teams
These teams are tournament only teams with an 18-22 game schedule allowing girls to participate in their local youth programs, but still qualify for Nationals. If there is sufficient interest and adequate player numbers, full time teams may be available.
U14, U16 and U19 Tier 1 Teams
These teams are full-time AAA teams that will play in the Tier 1 Elite Hockey League (formerly the Midwest Elite League). This league is the premier AAA league in the United States. Additionally these teams will play in multiple showcase tournaments throughout the year against the best competition in both the US and Canada. These teams will play about a 50-55 game schedule and have a practice to game ratio of at least 2:1. The purpose of these teams is to showcase young ladies who aspire to play hockey at the prep school or college level. These teams have a comprehensive on-ice and off-ice training and conditioning schedule throughout the year.
U14, U16 and U19 Tier 2 Teams
These teams are full-time AA teams that will play in the Great Lakes Girls Hockey League. The purpose of these teams is to provide a place for all girls to not only play for fun, but also continue to develop their skills if they have a desire to play Tier 1 AAA hockey. These teams will play about a 35-50 game schedule and also play in multiple tournaments in the US and Canada.

We offer teams at all age and skill levels and we provide quality coaching with an emphasis on player development and fundamentals. Playing with the Flames will not only aid individuals in their preparation and promotion for college recruitment, but it will also allow young ladies who simply have a love of the game a place to play and develop their skills. When you play for the Ohio Flames you will develop lifelong friendships and enjoy the entire hockey experience. Some former Flames include Kelli Stack and Brianne McGlaughlin of the 2010 United States Womens Olympic team that won the silver medal in Vancouver!!!
